GLScrip has a new online ordering website.  The advantages are that our Booster members can order at home or office, from their own computer.  They can do this when it is convenient, and will be able to access all the GLScrip retailers (not just the list we have).  The list will always be up-to-date, with current discounts shown.  As the Scrip coordinator, I will have online access to all orders from the Columbine Boosters, and release the orders after I have received payment, with no additional key entry on my part.  Payment for orders will still need to be made in advance, either by mailing or delivering a check to my house, or by depositing in the Black Box in the Band Room.

         This will be easier for me, and I hope easier for our member families also.  We may be able to place orders more often (twice a month?), if more people take advantage of this service.  However, please know that we may need to hold orders until the next order date if there are not enough orders to cover our shipping costs.

         All that is necessary to use ShopWithScrip is to register your email address.  To register, go to http://www.shopwithscrip.com.  You will be asked to register your email address, provide a password, enter your name, gender, and year of birth.  If you wish, you can enter your address.  Next, the site will prompt you to enter an "enrollment code".  For the Columbine Band Boosters Club, this code is "DDL463AE8157".  Then you are ready to shop!  Orders may generally be picked up one week after the order date at my house.

         This is just another way we can help raise funds for our instrumental music programs at Columbine High School.  Remember, 50% of the profit goes to your Student's Travel Account and 50% goes to the Booster's General Fund.

         Due date for the next order is May 10, so we can have orders in before the Band Banquet.

         You may place your Scrips order payment in the Black Payment Box outside of Mr. Rausch's Office, or you can give it to Heather Davis.  Please make sure that your student's name is on the check so that you receive proper credit!
