Purpose of Alumni Instrument Fund:

         The Alumni Instrument Fund was created to help with the purchase and/or repair of musical instruments.

Process for applying for Alumni Instrument Fund:

         The Band Director may request funds for a specific purpose.  The funds, when available, will be released to the Director after Executive Council approval.

Funding for Alumni Instrument Fund:

         The Alumni Instrument Fund may be funded by direct donations or by designated earnings from any fundraising effort, e.g., when Mr. X works at Fiddlers Green, he designates his share of the earnings to go to the Instrument Fund rather than a student travel account.

         The Executive Council of the Columbine High School Band Booster Club, Inc. has adopted this policy effective January 7, 2003.
