The letter linked below is the explanation of fees and the fee invoices for the
2008–09 marching band season.
Please note that I have sent this message to all instrumental music students as I am not certain which students will be in marching band versus one of the other groups. Since we do not have any student rosters yet, we appreciate your help in spreading the word throughout the instrumental music families (especially incoming freshman families!) that the marching band fee letters have been sent out.
The fees described in this letter apply to marching band only. There may be additional expenses once the marching band shifts to concert mode (such as for tux rentals and dress purchase). Also, these fees do not include any class trip/field trip expenses that may arise throughout the year.
If your student will not be in marching band, please disregard this letter. Fee letters for the other music groups will be sent out at a later time.
