Boosters Meeting

         Please join us for the first Boosters meeting of the spring semester.  The meeting will be held at 7:00 pm in a classroom near the band room (you'll be directed to exact location from the band room).  Please be aware that this will be a busy night at school, including a basketball game (Columbine vs Chatfield) that the pep band will be playing at, Winter Guard practice in the band room, and Winter Percussion practice in the Ace Room.  Come see and hear the students rehearse and perform and catch up on Boosters business!

         The meeting agenda includes the 2010-11 budget overview and updates on upcoming performance schedules and other events.  We also have several new fundraising opportunities to discuss as well.

         As an extra incentive – we will be doing two drawings for a $25 travel account deposit (must be present to win!).  It's not too early to start saving money for upcoming instrumental music fees and travel funds.  Hope to see you there!
